First time?

If this is your first time dosing both macro or micro, we would like to say Welcome and Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your journey!

Before we start recommending a “protocol” (predetermined schedule or a set routine) it is very important that you first become comfortable with the medicine and yourself.

"Harm Reduction” is often overlooked but it is the most important step that should be practiced with microdosing as well as macrodosing. Although the term may seem a little scary, it is what allows us to fully take in the lessons and guidance from these medicines. Your mental health and well-being should always be your first priority.

So we want you to be as comfortable as possible going into this. We recommend choosing a day out of your week where you have nothing planned - or if you’re always busy - have planned to do nothing , either way works. We just want you to be relaxed.

Once we have our day set. We will take a capsule in the morning on an empty stomach. If caffeine makes you jittery we would advise to pass on that cup just for today, just a little caffeine may spike the anxiety levels…

As your body begins to build a tolerance we can then get back to that cup, but do not be surprised, if you eventually stop drinking coffee, we have found our caffeine consumption drop when we are on our protocol. Yet we are still slamming down cups of Joe for the hell of it.

and YES there will be a little moment of Anxiety and YES you will get over it. Overtime the anxiety will subside as your mind begins to normalize patterns and sharpen its tools to overcome it. We mention this not to scare you but just to let you know that this is an inevitable part of being guided by these medicines. As mentioned earlier “Harm Reduction” is an important step and to combat Harm we need to be Aware.

With you being aware that there will be a chance that you will experience anxiety - you can now prepare for it and anticipate it. Focusing on breath and relaxing music usually helps us.

Within the first 10-20 minutes you may or may not feel anything. At about 40 minutes we may start feeling a “head change”. At about 1 hour - 1:30 you should start feeling the perceived effects . Where the rest of the day now belongs to to you. The lasting effect may be up to 4 hours and as it wains you may experience an increase of appetite. Our “go to” is always eating something fresh and colorful or even your favorite comfort food.

Your Mind has just went through a few rounds of Mental boxing while being stuck in traffic, let your body rest and feed it something good. Go outside and listen to your favorite song. Make your mind a safe space and the rest will follow.
